As the 2022 player review series came to a close, I figured it was time here on Locked On Pirates to take a look at free agency again and determine some players I think the Pirates should target in this free agent window. I give three pitchers and two position players(both position players are from the same team) and give good reasoning as to how they would help the Pirates now. Also, the off-season has always been a time for the Pirates to ship off players rather than add in recent years, so who are some players that could be on the move from Pittsburgh that could bring back some value?
