Alexia has always liked pushing the boundaries and not always adhering to societal norms. She raised her two boys as a single mom. She dedicated the past 25 years as a speech language pathologist working with young children and volunteering time in Ethiopia from where her youngest son was adopted.
She realized during her time as a speech language pathologist she found herself guiding people towards better nutrition. She followed this curiosity and recently decided to make a life transition and end her 25 year career to begin a new journey by created a company which educates & empowers people who are struggling to navigate their way through what has become an overload of information in the nutrition and fitness world.
