1. Jose Rameriz wins a well-deserved Silver Slugger. We get into the third base position. We argue that Yandy Diaz should have been on the podium. We get into why it was a coin flip between Rafael Devers and Jose. Then we get into the other finalists for the award that rightfully ended up with Jose for the fourth time. 
2. Next up we talk about a handful of players that selected free agency from the Guardians minors and why it is not a bad thing but a necessary thing for the Guardians minors. Then we switch over to talk about Jonathan Rodriquez who had one of the best first halves in the minors and was after the season All-Star for High A. We also discuss Low A pitcher of the year Will Dion who has Clayton Kershaw mechanics, and while he does not have the same stuff he can be very fun to watch. 
3. We talk about the White Sox payroll news, and why that helps the Guardians. We talk about why JD Martinez makes little sense for the Guardians. As well as what to watch for this offseason, what to take with a grain of salt, and the importance of the three-second rule of internet thought.
