By Ben Light in Salem, OR - June 29, 2024 - Recently, the United States House of Representatives passed HR8070, an omnibus appropriations bill for National Defense. Contained within the bill was a change in how the Selective Service process takes place in the United States. What does that mean for our youth? What do we believe and teach with regards to Military Service and the waging of War? Are there things that younger people should be doing now, to prepare for a possibility of a draft authorization in the future?
