Dave revisits the Gandy Dancer Saloon and discusses Holodets, a Ukrainian/Russian dish that, much like raw oysters, looks bad but tastes great. Old Buck Paul conjures up the Italian name for the same dish, causing much confusion amongst nearby patrons with weak batteries in their hearing aids.
