Recruiting new staff is always a bit of an ‘iffy’ process as, like dating, it sometimes takes awhile to find out that the coupling doesn’t always produce mutually positive outcomes. Sometimes, however, the best prospects for new employees at our organizations are ones we’ve already had as staff in the past! Like life, changes occur over time and the reasons that may have resulted in a parting of ways previously may be resolved and a previous staff member may in fact be a perfect fit now.
