The Herald-Leader newspaper reports Representative Daniel Grossberg, (D) Louisville, is being investigated for "inappropriate interactions with women." Kentucky's distillers lobby state lawmakers to open the market for pre-made cocktails. New emergency room for people experiencing mental and behavioral health issues is the first of its kind in Kentucky.
