Scott Chan, Managing Director, Equity Research, Financials – Scott joined Canaccord Genuity in July 2010 as a financial services analyst. Previously, Scott worked at an independent investment bank for one year as a small-cap financial services and desk analyst. Scott also worked as a generalist analyst for five years, and at an independent Canadian investment company for three years in special products. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA in Investment Management from Concordia's John Molson School of Business. Scott is a CFA charterholder.

George Gianarikas, Managing Director, Equity Research, Sustainability - George joined Canaccord Genuity in 2022 from Baird, where he was a senior analyst working on a tightly integrated research team covering the broader Sustainability landscape. Prior to joining Baird, he spent over 15 years on the buy side at leading asset managers including Wellington, Putnam, Alydar Capital and Diametric Capital. George graduated from Boston University and started his career on the sell side at Bear Stearns in 2000.
