The 'Cognitive Reframing' that yields very little long lasting change when... (there's the key for my current assessment) 'when'. But what about Tony Robbins lot who walk on fire? What about focus as a portal? What...?

I know! I agree, AND, I'd like to add my two cents on when  this is an incomplete truth, *when* it is abusive, and *when* it works. An inquiry I reckon I'll continue to explore for at least the next 5 years. And - here is where I am at with it, just now.
