Everyone at KTMQ is excited - it's time for the annual Golden Microphone awards. Russell is confident that they will all win multiple awards. The others aren't so sure. Who's right?

Meanwhile, Eddie James finds himself on a very personal case. His favorite waitress has received an engagement ring. Eddie thinks it's a mistake. That feeling is doubled when he goes to the home of the hopeful husband-to-be and finds nothing but a blood stain. Where's Gene? Why does the receipt for the ring show he purchased a real diamond? It's not long before he realizes the one diamond is just the tip of one big glittery iceberg.
