Casey is the owner of a local pub, co-founder of an up-and-coming brewery, avid list-maker, and father of two.  Casey lived the life of a solivigant, traveling the world and learning a lot about himself and his passions along the way. He is a devoted father, husband, and restaurant owner with a real passion and pride in what he does.
