Hi GWA fam,
This week we catch up with one another and check in on how we are doing, really doing. It's not always easy to tap in and check in with yourself, but sometimes ya just gotta do it. We also chat about how important it is to allow space for yourself, to grow, to heal, to really sit with yourself and your feelings. Yep, we are still talking about feelings, because we got a lot of them. Last but not least, we discuss boundaries and how setting them isn't only beneficial for ourselves, but for others as well.
