Justyn Knight, the most accomplished runner in Syracuse University history, joins Brent Axe on Episode 71 of the Syracuse Sports Podcast. Justyn tells Brent what he is doing to train and stay in shape as he chases a bid in the Tokyo Olympics, delayed until 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Justyn also walks down memory lane to tell the story of how he arrived at Syracuse, discusses the NCAA's recent decision to grant name, image, likeness rights to college athletes and gives a little advice for the amateur runners out there.
