Pastor Chris continues our series entitled “Faithful: A Study in 1st & 2nd Peter.” In this teaching, “The Household & Christian Relationships,” we investigate 1st Peter 2:18-3:7, in which Peter details how to live within the house and society as one who follows Jesus. He addresses slaves, wives and husbands within their 1st-century, Roman world as we seek to learn from his words and apply their truths to our lives. As such, we learn to live and work in the fear of God, pursue that which is of worth in God’s eyes and treat all people with equality and considerate respect.
