Hey, everyone! Today Ashley and I discuss the 75 Hard program. Recently I completed the 75 Hard program and we wanted to talk about the journey and discuss how it went. 75 Hard is a program that was created by Andy Frisella which consist of these 5 task that need to be done daily, with no deviation or compromise:
-Stick to a diet & no alcohol
-Read 10 pages from a self-help book
-Drink a gallon of water
-Take a progress picture
-(2) 45 minute work-outs and one MUST be outside
If you miss one of your daily task, you must start back at day 1. No matter if you forget a progress picture on day 73, you must start over. This program really helped me out and I hope someone reading this gives it a try. You got this!
