Dr. Bhaskar grew up in India in a relatively typical middle-class setting. Her parents dreamed that she become the first physician in her entire extended family. Being the firstborn and the classic "good child," Dr. Bhasker put her heart and soul into making their dream come true.

By chance, she had an arranged marriage and moved to the US.

After a stint in Kuwait, being a stay-at-home-mom to two young sons, she returned to the US to complete her residency in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Bhaskar's family was reunited after spending a tough three years apart.

She was initially happy in her job as a hospitalist. But after several years, Dr. Bhasker became disillusioned by the system, increasing administrative burden and the overall focus on "sick care."

That's when her development journey began. In 2016, she became a Certified Facilitator of the Whole Health Medicine Institute program.

The most relevant part of that training was "Heal the Healer."

In 2017, she became a Certified Meditation Instructor under Susan Piver as she saw the effects of meditation and mindfulness in her own life.

Her journey of self-discovery and healing is ongoing for herself as well as in the service of her clients.

Dr. Bhasker is active on the AMWA (American Medical Women's Association) coaching committee and helps coach physicians and other healthcare professionals as part of CFI, Coaching for Institutions.

She has more than 350 hours of coaching experience, and she loves watching her clients become more joyous, content, and emotionally at best they have ever been!!
