Halle Berry plays a 911 operator who's traumatized by a distress call gone wrong, and aims to redeem herself when the suspect in question strikes again. Though the film itself has real emotional highs that have you on the edge of your seat for most of the ride, by the time it pulls into the final act it's completely lost steam and you're left wondering why you even watched it in the first place.
