BEERS & BUSINESS (5:32): Chirag Vyas and Kevin Chipman took a plunge and it paid off.  Chirag was a scientist at NASA in California, and Kevin was a physical therapist in Greater Boston.  But their lives changed forever when they traded in their 9-to-5 careers and moved to the US Virgin Islands in search of more in life. After bussing tables, tending bar, and paying a local $250 to sleep on his abandoned sailboat, Chirag & Kevin found their opportunity to break through: craft beer.  15 years later, St. John’s Brewers is one of the most popular Caribbean-area breweries.  Now, Chirag and Kevin venture into the cannabis space. They join the pod to discuss Cool Out, one of the only Delta 8-infused seltzers on the market, and it’s available to drink now!  Chirag & Kevin discuss their innovative product, their plan to get it on the shelves of American consumers, and what’s next for more Delta 8-infused products.
