British Acotr, David Warner had a career spanning six decades with roles in theater, movies and television. His tremendous, presence and power made him both a great villain in films like Time and Time Again and Titanic but it's his role as Chancellor Gorkon in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered County that we are revisiting today and to help us start this tribute off right we are welcoming back to The Cine-Files Scott Mantz to hear his thoughts on this tremendous actor.
