Woke up this morning scared. 

In pursuit of quieting the noise I found two things that help calmed my mind. 

The first was this phrase...
FEAR stands for False Expectations Appearing Real. This is a reminder that Fear is when you are focussed on something that hasn't happened yet. IT ISN'T REAL.

The second was Mike Tyson and Joby Ogwyn talking about Joby's accent to the summit of Everest. It taught me that the accent to the summit is through FEAR not away from it. 

Now I am ready for the day! Hope you are too.
