Our downtown experience is rapidly developing, with new businesses, apartments, restaurants, and buildings changing the landscape.  But, amid all of the positive changes, there still remains the issue of homelessness.  Joining us Wednesday was Emily Fetcko, assistant director of the Erie Downtown Partnership, and John Yost, a member of the Safety Ambassadors, a team that actively deals with the impact of homelessness on the quality of life for all who live downtown.
