Tim Fergestad previously used his Ph.D. in Neuroscience to study diseases in the Genetics Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He has since transitioned into a full-time real estate investor and now lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife and their two children.  Tim has broad experience in real estate including being a licensed agent, single family rentals, land wholesaling, renovations, as well as a multifamily investor and operator.  He currently owns interest as a General partner and Limited partner in over 2000 units of multifamily real estate and has 1 Single Family Rental!   Website: OakStreetAssets.com
