Technology has evolved all aspects of our lives, including our sales process and approach. The danger is we can sometimes become too reliant on the technology around us and the process we use, and less focussed on what individuals salespeople can do to influence or impact the opportunities. I say opportunities, but another thing to think about is how do we make it more about the buyer process and experience, than just our process?
