3.Act and move forward – Work out the logistics and set up some parameters for what you are going to do or when you are going to make a decision. Be emotionally resilient and keep the bigger perspective on your goals.
4.Be grateful – Recognize that all of these opportunities are blessings and even the hardest situations teach you some vital lessons that can be used later in life.
