Series X's "Gameplay" Reveal Stream Disappoints - Episode 182

Continuing the trend set by Sony with their PS5 deep-dive ASMR session, Xbox hyped up a third party gameplay reveal stream for last week, only to disappoint their audience with the presentation. While there were spatterings of gameplay, the stream mostly centered on CG cutscenes and "in-engine" footage, instead of giving everyone a real look at what Next Gen can deliver. Xbox's marketing arm even admitted that they "clear set some wrong expectations". Even so, the guys go through everything that was shown during the presentation. Other topics include EA and Activision's plans for the coming year, Animal Crossing's continued sales dominance, Sean Platinuming Final Fantasy 7, and Kevin's thoughts on Habroxia.
