Wassup beautiful people!

This episode of Barbarian Noetics features writer, speaker and mental health advocate Michelle Yang.

Michelle is the Lifestyle Editor and Contributor at Mochi magazine, and she's been published in the Huffington Post, InStyle, Hello Giggles and The Temper. You can find all of Michelle's articles, her bio and more at her blog: Living Well, Happily (www.livingwellhappily.com).

It was a real joy to have Michelle on the podcast. She sheds light on a unique and under-represented space in our cultural dialogue, at the intersection of mental health, feminism and Asian-American identity.

Keep an eye out for her memoir, which is currently in the works (I'm excited). Thanks again to Michelle for a deep and stimulating conversation, and for bravely speaking out about living and thriving with a mental health condition.

This episode I'm also excited to debut the new Intro track to Barbarian Noetics, an exclusive original mix composed by Phoenix-based EDM producer Dykotomi  (https://m.soundcloud.com/dykotomi). Please support his work by liking and following him on Soundcloud, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Spotify and wherever you stream music. Check out his latest EP, Bottom Line, which he released this year.

Dykotomi custom built this Intro for the podcast and he did a superb job. Listen for the Raven calls and war horns! Ka kaww, Kaaaawww!!

Finally, as always, please rate, review and subscribe to the podcast, it really helps. Spread the word, tell a friend!

One love y'all,
Conan
