BEERS: Will gives the latest update on Providence Brewing Company’s grand re-opening on the West End of the Creative Capital.  They’ve got a great new spot inside Farm Fresh RI, an open-concept market with lots of room for expansion. More importantly, their beer is great, too! Will reviews Pound Town, a New England IPA already garnering great reviews. Jake recaps his Christmas trip to Florida, where he surprisingly had more good beer than he thought existed there.  He reviews Miami Weiss (pronounce it exactly like you think it sounds), a Hefeweizen by MIA Beer Company that stacks up well in can art.

BUSINESS (and Beers): Yvan Demosthenes and Christine Hall are thriving as part of the founding team of Dead Low Brewing Company.  Christine founded Dead Low in 2019 with her family members, and Yvan came shortly after as an investor; what brought him into such an exciting beer brand?  We discuss the sneakily booming craft beer industry in Cincinnati (80+ craft breweries and growing), starting a brewery in the midst of COVID-19, and even snagged an invite to Bockfest in March 2022! One thing is for sure; you need to get to Cincinnati if you are a craft beer lover like us. (16:29)
