Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell have been at the center of the national debate over stimulus checks.  What most people don’t know is that both Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell are unbelievably rich.  This begs the question as to whether or not wealthy people should be responsible for making decisions that are going to economically impact poor people and those facing eviction.  When I think about the massive net worths of Mitch McConnell, Nancy Pelosi and other members of Congress, it reminds me of the massive inequality that exists in America and how capitalist greed is going to be one of the great downfalls of our society.
