As time goes on, it seems that more and more people are starting to prefer renting their home over buying one, but why? 

Well just like in any topic worth discussing, there are a lot of reasons for and against both. Renting a home is more appealing in the regard that you have a fixed expense to send out every month, and you have someone that is in charge of maintaining a certain standard for your home. 

On the flip side, buying a home can be a better financial decision if you play your cards really well, and it also gives people the sense of pride that you get from ownership. It can also allow you to live in a better location, raise a family more conveniently, etc. 

At the end of the day, of course, there really isn't a right or wrong answer to which you should do. 

In my own opinion though, you really should always give both options their fighting chance. 

Analyze yourself, your situation, and then do what best fits you. 

It only makes sense, right?
