Find your Money Making Niche
You are the niche, honey.
Whether you have a personal brand, a store, or a service-based business, the common denominator is YOU.
- YOU are the founder.
- YOU are the representative.
- YOU are the leader.
- YOU hold the vision for your business.
If you’re stumped on this whole niche-marketing thing, the answer lies within you.
You are marketing to a version of yourself: whether that be you 10 years ago, you before you did all the inner work, you as a new mom, business owner, newly divorced, etc….
Answer these questions:
- Who did you create this offer, service, or product for?
- What problem or struggle are you looking to help people improve even by 10%?
- What are some areas in your industry where people are missing the mark?
- What do you stand for and what don’t you stand for?
There is no magical profitable niche.
But after 15 years as a business and marketing strategist, I’ll tell you this:
- Hyper-focused niched brands do get noticed and grow faster.
- You can be more general (ie Life Coach) but if you are CLEAR about your messaging and who you help, it won’t connect.
- It doesn’t matter if someone already has “your niche.” There are millions of realtors, lawyers, and dermatologists…what matters is you make it clear how you are different.
