Part of “The Essentially Better Life” Series:
Topic: VISION & GOALS
Guest: Liz Siegel Gray, LCSW, RPT
Liz is a Chicago-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT). She provides therapy to highly sensitive adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and trauma.
Liz is also the proud founder of “Organize and Thrive” where she supports therapists, helpers, and healers around the world who are overwhelmed by internal and external stressors. She loves guiding clients and helping them through the process of organizing their physical, mental, and electronic spaces.
Liz lives with her husband, Dave, and their adorable mini golden-doodle, Bailey, in Chicago, IL. She loves to craft, bake, and color code her spreadsheets!
This conversation with Liz is filled with great insights, and practical things you can do to help move yourself toward the very best you can be, and not settle for just good enough.
