On December 7th 2020, the Attorney General of Texas Ken Paxton sued the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, and Wisconsin for violating certain federal laws. Like in 2000, this case has the potential to reverse the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. In this episode, I devote some discussion to recent events.
