There are way fewer things in life we can actually control. We can control only 5 things in our lives. The way we: Sleep, Breathe, Move, Think and Eat. outside that, we actually have very little control over anything else in our lives. With these 5 things, we need to create strategies to support them and optimize them to the best of our ability.
