For the body prayer:
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be thy name (arms above head)
Thy Kingdom come (arms outstretched, open right palm)
Thy will be done (turn right palm outwards)
On earth as in heaven (left hand on shoulder, right arm upwards to heaven)
Give us this day our daily bread (take food with your right hand and touch your chest)
Forgive us our trespasses (lay left hand on heart)
As we forgive those who trespass against us (bring right hand, clenched to stomach)
Lead us not into temptation (both hands down to hips, following the path)
But deliver us from evil (right hand points down)
