LinkedIn expert Daniel Alfon shares his insights on how one can get best noticed by hiring managers and get called in for interviews at dream companies. He says the headline is the most precious real estate one has on LinkedIn and that one must put it to best use to get noticed.
"Our profile should be built for humans because eventually the person who wants to hire you will look at your profile and decide what the next step is. There is some part to the algorithm, but it's not the central one," Daniel says.
