Nike slogan is “Just Do It!” It doesn’t matter what it is, just do it. Wanting something bad enough you make things happen. Your desired outcome is greater than the process allowing you to get things done. Whatever you need to accomplish for today just make it happen captain! As an athlete, I desired to be the fastest and strongest person pound for pound during my high school senior year. What did that look like? I would workout at least 5-6 days out of the week no matter what. There were definitely days I wanted to skip out on but through the consistency and determination I achieved my goal. Make it happen captain.
