In this episode I talk with Chris Desrochers about her experience at Super Seal Triathlon in San Diego, California. She is currently being coached by Scott Horns who is with BSRx3 Coaching and she has been racing for more than 10 years. She’s done the race before and after Ironman© bought it out. She also mentions a camp she goes to out in California and some of the coaches there. She also mentions how much PSI she uses and her favorite brand of wheels is Reynolds.
