of electronic prog rock tracks and yes there are some vocals, do I hear groans?, but in a more spacey, psychedelic way.
On a sad note, we’ve lost another legend in the music world, Daevid Allen, the eccentric Australian-born guitarist, singer and poet who was an original member of the psychedelic rock group Soft Machine and went on to form Gong, an aggressively avant-gard band with Allen’s whimsical, mystical, sometimes impenetrable and often very funny lyrics, whose influence far exceeded its relatively modest success, recently passed away in Australia with cancer, (ones life is something to treasure, memories last forever)
