Tuesday, Matthew Wachter from the Erie Downtown Development Corporation returned to the Joel Natalie Show to discuss the latest news about their latest acquisition, the McDonalds property on the corner of 5th and State streets.  Mr. Wachter is the Vice President of Finance and Development for the EDDC. There’s a lot happening with the downtown area of Erie, and Matt was able to walk us through all of the process and opportunities envisioned in the now three properties owned by the EDDC.
