Lori Ann Lloyd, age 60, is a lifelong athlete, first conquering the extreme obstacle course as seen on ESPN and Fox Sports Network with world champion status, a world record, and many fitness awards. Lori Ann continued to compete in national OCR and Ninja OC competitions, winning in the open division in her mid to late 50's. Lori Ann is a three-time competitor in the American Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course show, with a record of the oldest woman to go the furthest on the course. The strength moves for the ANW try-out videos (human flagpole, front lever, planch) were learned at ages 55-59.
Overcoming three major accidents with several fractures, surgeries, and titanium parts, Lori Ann recovered quickly, and credits all to nutrition, spiritual awareness, and using the mind to heal.
Lori Ann is a long time vegetarian, takes no medicine, and enjoys growing her own food.
Professionally, Lori Ann is the Director of Physical Therapy at Metro Orthopedic Specialists. She educates her patients on the necessity of nutrition and how to implement food and power of the mind for reducing pain and healing.
