Robert de Neve is currently President & CEO of BriteLab Inc. Formerly known as E Systems, BriteLab is provider of OEM certified, full spectrum product development and advanced manufacturing solutions. Prior to founding E Systems, he founded and managed NextPhase Technology, an intellectual asset development and management firm providing technology and financial solutions to small and medium size businesses looking to productize and monetize intellectual property and unique process methodologies.
He is the chief architect and master instructor of the Business Combat Training & Management System. A unique employee and supplier development program that combines: 1) Martial Arts Philosophy, 2) Silicon Valley Entrepreneurism and 3) Ivy League MBA Skills, into a professional empowerment and business self defense system for managers trying to survive and succeed in an increasingly dangerous business world. Robert has over 35 years of technical and executive management experience in Silicon Valley specializing in the development, launch and optimization of highly profitable products and businesses. This was accomplished over the last 15 years with three different companies, Equipe Technologies, Evolve Manufacturing Technologies, and E Systems Technology. During this period, all 3 companies were also honorees in the Silicon Valley Business Journals Fast 50, finishing # 1, # 2 and # 13 respectively.
He is also founder of the Business Warrior Foundation, a non-profit organization devoted to helping disabled veterans of the War on Terror to leverage their natural “warrior spirit” and successfully integrate back into the business world.
