If you can find your audience, go to where they are, participate in the conversation by adding value, you will find guests for your show!  Remember that you do not have to release every episode, especially when you are new - practice makes all of us better, so practice, practice, practice - and if you need a practice buddy, I have my hand raised!  I love to help new podcasters!
