Who remembers this guy from way back during episode 72? 

Around one month ago, I interviewed Gabe on the podcast and we set a goal for me to double my followers by the time he came back in a month... and did I do it? Well, you'll have to go and check. 

(just to make things easier for you... that goal would have been 1,900 followers or... 1,956 to be exact) 

Anyway, Gabe came back today and we are going to talk even more about the psychology behind viral content versus value-based content, and see if we can figure out which route is a better route to take for growth.
