My guest is Tammy Anderson, a long-time tennis player and tennis coach who, most recently, coached a team at the U12 Southern Cup (click here to go to the tournament page). She is also the chief financial officer and executive board member of the Women's Tennis Coaching Association (WTCA). Tammy shares her thoughts on what makes these top-level team events so great for developing Juniors and how they can help grow the sport through engaging the players with their peers of both genders.
