The re-emergence of Israel as a nation-state caught the world by surprise. That Israel matters geo-politically cannot be doubted, but does it matter theologically? Is there a place for Israel, as there is for Jews, in Christian eschatology? In this lecture, Douglas Farrow (McGill University) gives a theological perspective on these questions.
