President and founder of Ortega Contract Services of Virginia Inc., Roger Ortega joined our program to talk about how he has successfully grown his business from his first invoice at around $500 to employing over 40 people. Roger also talks about his experiences when he was commissioned as a part of the Minority Business Enterprise Commission in the state of Virginia back in 2002.
