Justin Lelia- Long Term 801010 Raw Vegan
Very few people know the ins and outs of an 801010 style raw vegan diet more than Justin Lelia.
Justin has been doing this lifestyle for 18 years and is as enthusiastic and passionate about it today as ever before.
He is a long term friend and supporter of Dr Doug Graham, author of the 801010 diet and has attended many of Doug's health and fitness camps and seminars.
Justin lives in Miami where he works and hosts guests in his home. He likes to forage his food locally when possible.
Justin is a keen bowler and guitar player.
