New lower speed limits catching out drivers in Ipswich Central, $15 million is quite the variation to a building contract originally worth around $30m, Ipswich’s great houses on show, Tulmur Place is tops, Ipswich Civic Centre rocks with great entertainment line-up, and the Jets take a nosedive on the ladder.
