We are constantly changing and evolving every day. It might not be noticeable day by day, but there should be a distinct difference from how you were ten, twenty, or however many decades ago. It just means you have lived some life and matured into a better human being, hopefully. If not let’s see how you can transform your mindset and live a completely new life.

Here are four golden nuggets to experience transformation in your life from this scripture Romans 12:1-2 (focusing more on verse 2). Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God this is true worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is his good, pleasing and perfect will.

1. Do not conform – We do not want to be together with the way or pattern of doing something of the world or this worldly system. The only way to break free from deception of this world’s system is to allow the word of God to completely transform your thinking.

2. Be transformed – Thinking over, above, and beyond this world’s system. The way you cross over to God’s system of provision is by being transformed by His truth. This term in Greek means “metamorphose” and in English “metamorphosis” – radically transformed; like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly. That’s why we are changed into a person who doesn’t even resemble their former self. [New creation: 2 Cor. 5:17 – Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is there!] True transformation brings alteration from the inside out through the power of Christ’s life within us.

3. Renew your mind – renovate or to restore to its original state; replace your old thinking with new thoughts according to the word of God. (What you put in is what you get out; garbage in, garbage out.)

a. {Proverbs 23:7; 4:23; Hebrews 4:12} The job of the heart is to mediate the soul by the spirit. When these two aspects line up nothing is impossible with God.

b. {Romans 8:10-11,16; 2 Cor. 5:17; Hebrews 12:23} As long as your conscious mind tells the subconscious mind truth that is healthy and productive, this is an incredible system. When a man believes in his heart and change his thinking, what is considered impossible can become possible.

4. Prove the will of God – Establish as genuine, approve, validate, discern or to recognize, revelation or by implication to manifest. Renewed thinking and a transformed heart result in a recognition of heaven’s resources and open the doors of God’s kingdom. Follow them and you will begin to see things from a new perspective.
