There is an extreme lack of doctrinal knowledge in the American Church today. If we are to faithfully shepherd our students, we must be unafraid to dive into these deeper things of God with our students. Building a foundation of solid doctrine will prepare students to faithfully follow God and confront false teaching in the world around them. 

Right behavior in the Church, for the Christian, flows out of right belief or right doctrine.
